Published in 1714, this book, which is still in amazing condition, was written by Thomas Fuller M.D. and is titled "Pharmacopoeia Extemporanea" (this is the shortened title; the whole title could be a book itself). Interesting fact:  this book was initially written in Latin and was translated by the author into English.
